Broken. Bruised. Breathing. I am sure you can relate to some- thing you faced in your life with those words. You can be tempted to ask, “Why me?” We cannot always see why we are facing these things. As we get through to the other side, we are sometimes able to see it, or at least our story can help someone else. I want my story to help someone else. More than the brokenness, more than the bruises, is the breath we are still able to take. That means, we are still breathing. We have survived or we are surviving what we are facing. This story is intended to give you hope. We all have a story to tell. Sometimes in the midst of going through, you cannot see a way out. There are definitely things in my story I would have never chosen for myself, or even my worst enemy. In the same breath, there are things in my story that have made me who I am today. If you want to know what those things are, take a look. This is my story for God’s glory.
